I would just like to share with you a neat interview I found this morning.
I was doing some grocery shopping at Azure Standard Online (bulk organic and pure shopping at affordable prices) and found a recent interview with Sally Fallon, Author of a book I am currently trying diligently to digest.
She is the author of Nourishing Traditions, a cookbook/ educational book on healthy diet. She teaches on subjects like Minerals and Vitamins, what the different ones are called, what they do for you and what foods the are primarily found in. Other topics includes Fats, Milk, Proteins, Enzymes, Beverages, Food Allergies and Special Diets, Cultured Dairy Products, Fermented fruits and Vegetables, Sprouted Grains and many more.

Sally’s book is based off of research and a book the Weston A Price wrote in the 1940’s.
Her interview talks about this history who he was and what he found.
The interview can be found here.

Here is a quote from the interview I found interesting:

“You might call the combination of high- vitamin cod liver oil and high-vitamin butter oil Dr. Price’s magic remedy. It was the combination of these that he used with great success not only to reverse tooth decay, but to treat growth problems and bone problem; he even treated seizures successfully. The combination seemed to work for all sorts of health problems.” Sally Falon

One piece of advise from Sally to Azure Custmers:
“Prepare, Cook, and Eat foods the way your ancestors did; meaning before the Industrial Revolution. In America, this may meaning going back quite a few generations.”
