Kelsey’s Kale Scramble
Eggs, chopped kale, diced onion, kelp & salt mixture, pepper, diced tomatoes, & diced bacon or diced Italian sausage.

How to prepare:
Prep all your ingredients, saute onions & meat. When meat is about done, add whisked eggs, add salt & pepper to taste. Stir the eggs to make them scrambled for about 1.5 minutes, then add kale and tomatoes. Serve with fry bread or English muffins!
